Land reserves allow for significant expansion as future demands are realised. The Hannanprint Victoria plant operates 24 hours a day, six days a week, with ample supply of over time to cover seven day, 24 hour production. The plant operates five heatset web presses supported by powerful and modern bindery equipment catering for both stapled and perfect bound work, high speed three way trimming as well as state of the art full ‘in-house’ prepress. The highly automated plant produces over 40,000 tonnes of printed product annually, with the ability to print 6.7 million heatset, four colour pages per hour. Impressive press power includes the installation of a 48 page s2000 Heidelberg press during 2000, boasting the absolute latest in technology and process control. This press compliments the 3 x 32 page presses and the 16 page six colour press that give clients the efficiency and cost savings of heatset web production with the ability to utilize six or five colours plus a varnish.
