11. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
This course is designed to provide people who are involved in the workplace with nationally recognised qualification. The course is divided into eight units of competence, covering areas such as training small groups; plan, conduct and review assessment; planning, delivering, promoting and reviewing training sessions.
