October 2008 PMG Solutions Reaches for the Sky With the Launch of the Qantas A380

The arrival of the new Qantas A380 by Airbus marks the first time that an all-new aircraft type has entered the Qantas mainline fleet since the end of 2002.

The introduction of this aircraft will bring about a new era for long haul air travel that will deliver new experiences and ways of travelling for airline customers.

This spectacular aircraft is quieter than today’s largest jets and at the leading edge of fuel efficiency per passenger. Qantas has drawn on years of experience in customer service, design and innovation to create an unprecedented level of style and comfort for its passengers to enjoy.

PMG Solutions has been frantically working on multiple campaigns to prepare for and to promote the inaugural flight of the A380.

PMG Solutions has produced all of the related airport signage in addition to all outdoor posters and billboards nationally.

PMG Solutions has also produced a number of publications including a 118 page case bound book collector’s edition which will be given to all the first class and business call passengers on the inaugural flight; as well as the frequent flyer booklet - a technically challenging, premium product printed by Offset Alpine Printing.

In addition, PMG Solutions has been responsible for the production of technical flight logs, technical DVDs for staff training, technical DVD/ CD ROMs for pilot use onboard the plane as well as a wide range of promotional products.
The Qantas A380 will operate its first commercial service between Melbourne and Los Angeles on 20 October.
